Khloe Kardashian has sparked concern from fans after sharing multiple close-up shots of her face in which she looks almost unrecognisable.
The 39-year-old Good American founder took to Snapchat on Saturday, sharing a selection of drastically filtered selfies. As a result of heavy editing, the Hulu star’s features looked cartoon-like as she showed off her huge eyes and lips, with neither a single blemish nor line on her skin.
Last week, the reality star uploaded a cute carousel of family snaps to Instagram, sharing their New Year ski trip to Utah. Despite the adorable photos, which heavily featured her kids, five-year-old True and one-year-old Tatum, whom she shares with on-off boyfriend Tristan Thompson, fans were somewhat distracted by the appearance of Khloe’s lips.

"Can she leave her mouth alone? Her lips would look less horrid without the fillers and the over-lining," one said.

While another added: "Wtf why does she have completely different chins in each pic." A third concerned fan begged her to stop getting plastic surgery, writing: "She needs to stop fillers, her lips look so bad and she looks so unrecognizable in every pic."
Khloe has previously opened up about her insecurities and how she found it difficult growing up in the spotlight. "When the show first started, I was very secure. Then, during the first couple of seasons, I became insecure because of the public opinions of myself," she said during a 2021 episode of The Kardashians in which she confirmed she’d had a nose job and Botox.
The star then went on to admit that comments made by her mum, Kris Jenner, pushed her to go under the knife: "Who knows if I never heard mom talk about my nose if I ever would have got a nose job.”

Plastic surgery expert Dr Barrett also believes the star has had several additional tweaks, agreeing she “looks like a new person”.
Speaking to The Sun, the Beverly Hills cosmetic surgeon said: "Khloe was open about her recent rhinoplasty. However, in these recent photos, she looks almost unrecognizable."
He then went on to speculate that Khloe's new look was down to having fillers, which would explain her unnatural-looking pout, adding: "This looks like a combination of her rhinoplasty as well as added fillers.”
