Traitors fans reeling as Diane drops bombshell she's another contestant's mum
The Traitors fans have been left speechless as Diane dropped a bombshell on the show tonight.
Diane - a retired teacher from Lancashire - has quickly become a fan favourite on the BBC series, but tonight she dropped a huge bombshell about her true identity. Tonight, after a chat with Paul about people assuming they're mother and son, Diane dropped the shocking news that she is actually the mum of another contestant.
Tonight, Paul chatted alone with Diane as he explained that Zack had thought they were mother and son. He said to her: "Diane, Zack has been going round and saying we’re mother and son. How spooky is that! But you’re not ginger though are you?"

Paul later spoke to the camera, revealing there was no familial connection - but heaped praise on Diane. He said: "She’s one of the strongest women I have met and I really do like her and she does remind me of my mum," before recounting the story to some of the other Faithfuls, as Diane said she wouldn’t mind Paul being her son.
Giving her thoughts on the whole mother / son debate, Diane dropped a bombshell, adding: "I can’t believe that it was suggested that Paul is my son. I mean he’s about three times taller than me. He’s got red hair. Paul just couldn’t be my son, but Ross is."

In her pre-show chat, Diane revealed she signed up to the show because her children didn't think it was the right programme for her.
Asked why she did it, she said: "Mainly because my children said I could never do something like this! We started watching series one together and l just loved the idea of the challenge. I thought it would be great to have a go and see if I could do it."
As well as Ross, she also has a very famous son. Kerr Logan - who has starred in Game of Thrones - wrote on Instagram: "My mother is on the traitors. My mother is on the traitors. My mother is on the traitors. She’s bonkers. I’m scared."
Fans rushed to the comments to suggest that Diane's other son was also on the show too, which was later confirmed to be Ross. With Ross and Kerr looking very similar to one another, it only further fuelled the speculation that was confirmed tonight.
The pair have planned to keep their relationship with one another secret, but tonight, Diane left Ross shocked when she made a joke about Paul being her son. It left Ross flustered. Will they get caught out?
