The National Lottery has received a claim for the £15 million jackpot for the special pre-Christmas Lotto ‘Must Be Won’ draw on Saturday 23 December.
Draw operators Camelot said the claim came from a single ticket-holder.
It comes after a single ticket-holder won the £3.8 million jackpot in the December 16 draw, and another lucky ticket-holder scooped a £13 million jackpot prize in the draw on December 13. So far there have been 10 new millionaires made on Lotto this month, with another special £15 million jackpot which has to be won on Saturday, 30 December.
The claim on the £15 million Lotto jackpot prize will now go through the process of validation, which includes checks to ensure the Games Rules Terms and Conditions are adhered to and the integrity of the National Lottery is protected.
