Paddy McGuinness has hinted he has started a new relationship - a year after announcing his marriage to wife Christine is over.
The 50-year-old Take Me Out star tied-the-knot with 35-year-old model Christine in 2011 and together they share three children; eight year-old twins Leo and Penelope, and five year-old daughter Felicity. Fans of the couple were shocked last year when they announced they were splitting after 11 years of marriage.
Now, after more than a year of being a single man, Paddy has hinted he may have started to move on and start dating someone new. The former Top Gear presenter dropped a heavy hint he had started seeing someone else when he shared a telling photograph on social media.
Taking to Instagram Stories on Saturday, the TV star shared an image of two mugs of tea - with one sizeably larger than the other. The larger mug had the hot drink which clearly included a lot of milk - while the other mug had a darker tone of tea colour. Above the two mugs, however, he had added writing singling one out as ‘hers’ and one as ‘his’.

Explaining to fans that he had just come home from shopping, Paddy made an open appeal to supermarkets to stock their sugar in the tea and coffee aisle so caffeine fans could pick up everything they needed from one slot.

Christine has previously addressed the fact that she and Paddy have discussed how they will move on and start dating now they are no longer a couple. She told The Secret To... podcast with Vicky Pattison: "We talk an awful lot and we're very open. He has said to me when he's been going on a date. We still live in the same house. But I think both of us right now we are very much in the same place, where we're just like just don't really know what to do or where to go."
Christine has also opened up about how she and Paddy co-parent, their plans for Christmas, and balancing their changing lives wiht the fact they still live under the same roof. She told Closer magazine: "Of course me and Paddy will be spending Christmas together because we still live in the same house.
"I think we’ve got to move on, but for now it works for the children. We both go in and out and we’ve got a schedule we try to stick to and a routine for the kids. The one thing we agree on more than anything is that we just want what’s best for our children, and that’s to be a good mum and dad."
She added: "So, around Christmas time, I always make sure that I’m at home more than ever – I love it."
