Fichajes now report that Arsenal have taken the initiative and submitted an offer of €20million (£17.2m) plus add-ons. Leonardo, 20, scored 13 goals in 30 league appearances last season, having made his first-team debut more than three years ago.

Ten Hag responds to Shaw and Maguire injuries
Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag admitted on Tuesday that he didn't know the extent of Luke Shaw and Harry Maguire's injuries during the defeat to Bayern Munich. In-form Maguire was forced off midway through the first half, while Shaw - who'd only recently returned from a three-month absence - was replaced during the half-time break.
"We have to wait 24 hours," Ten Hag replied when asked to provide an update on the two England internationals. "And then a assessment and diagnosis. So we have to wait for it."

Getafe club president Angel Corres has confirmed that his side want to sign Mason Greenwood on a permanent basis. The 22-year-old striker has been progressing well on loan with Getafe this season and is garnering interest from fellow La Liga clubs Sevilla and Real Sociedad, as well as Lazio in Serie A.
Speaking to Cadena SER, Corres revealed: "With Greenwood, we are not only planning on him staying another year, but we also want to buy him."
