Molly-Mae Hague addresses Tommy Fury 'split' claims as she admits 'it's tricky'
Molly-Mae Hague has admitted her relationship with Tommy Fury isn’t perfect as she directly addressed ‘split’ allegations that have dogged them for weeks.
The 24-year-old reality star first fell for Tommy when they appeared on Love Island together in 2019. Their romance went from strength to strength after they left the villa and appeared unstoppable - as they welcomed a baby named Bambi in January this year and then 24-year-old Tommy got down on one knee in July to ask Molly-Mae to marry him.
But their romance was severely rocked in November when Tommy partied in Las Vegas while Molly-Mae was left holding their baby back home in the UK. Eyebrows were raised when Tommy was spotted in the company of toxic rap star Chris Brown, 34, and was also surrounded by an army of glamorous ladies.
Fans feared Molly-Mae had dumped Tommy over the shocking images and videos as she was subsequently spotted without her engagement ring - and the pair were not seen together as Tommy continued to spend time away from his supposed wife-to-be. But now Molly-Mae has finally broken her silence about the allegations their romance is on the rocks.

When I put that Q&A box, I should have known what everyone was going to be asking questions about.

“But speaking about it the way I feel comfortable speaking about it – someone asked 'Is it annoying seeing your relationship questioned by all the time?' And I'm sure people would probably expect me to say 'Yeah, I hate it', but honestly what do I expect? My life is in the public eye.”
She then went on to explain that her relationship might not be as picture-perfect as all the carefully curated images and videos she shares online might suggest. She began by saying: “It kind of sounds bad but you sign up for it in this job. I really don't care what is said about me, Tommy, my relationship. It sounds like a cliche but you do massively grow a thick skin like an elephant. I'm immune to it, it doesn't even resonate to me.”

She said: “What I would say, having a relationship in the public eye, you deal with things that people in private relationships deal with but obviously everyone is commenting on it and everyone sees it and everyone's all eyes, it's like a fishbowl, that's quite tricky.
“Things that people deal with in private or maybe they don't deal with it, everyone has different things they deal with in their relationship and lives, sometimes it's tricky that things aren't always going to be perfect and aren't always going to be sunshine and roses - but when they aren't you have millions of people giving their opinion on it and talking about it.”
On a more positive note, she added: “I think it's so sweet that people are checking in and want to make sure we're okay but honestly I'm fine, it's just another day at the office. You can't have a relationship in the public eye and then not expect things to be in the public eye and spoken about when things don't go to plan, do you know what I'm saying?”
While Tommy hasn’t directly addressed the scandal himself, he has continued to share cute photos of the child he shares with Molly-Mae. While a photo of sushi on his Instagram Stories this week hinted he and his fiancée were preparing to spend a romantic night in together.
