If there is anyone to trust when it comes to a mouth-watering dish, it is Gordon Ramsay.
The celebrity chef and star of Gordon, Gino, and Fred's Road Trip, has shared his golden crispy chicken dish which is perfect for an evening meal. There is nothing like being at home when it is cold outside and having a stunning, hot meal that you know will be a hit with the whole family.
57-year-old Gordon, who owns 58 restaurants, has shared his easy to follow recipe for tray-baked chicken with butter beans, leeks, and spinach. The recipe is perfect for a hungry group of people and takes around 50 minutes to prepare.
To prepare you will need a whole chicken -jointed or two breasts, two thighs and two drumsticks. Skin can be kept on or removed depending on preference. "Leave the skin on the chicken if you aren't watching your weight," Gordon said.
You also need a teaspoon of olive oil, a head of garlic - cut in half horizontally, as well as one leek - trimmed, halved lengthways and sliced. Other ingredients include 200ml of dry white wine, 400ml of chicken or vegetable stock, two thyme sprigs, two lots of 400g tinned butter beans - drained and rinsed, 250g of baby spinach leaves, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Gordon added: "Be careful not to pour the wine or stock over the browned skin because it won't crisp up properly in the oven."
