I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here star Sam Thompson may be the favourite to win the ITV show but it looks as though he has already secured a major career move.

The 31 year old star, who has earned a legion of fans across the nation due to his excitable personality in the Australian jungle, is set to take his podcast Staying Relevant on a nationwide tour. Alongside his co-host and former The Only Way Is Essex star Pete Wicks, the duo will treat fans to interactive moments such as The Seat Of Shame. This is where audience members will be asked to join them on stage to share their shameful moments.

And the pair will also be recalling their own experiences of the pitfalls of fame as they tour cities including London, Manchester, Cardiff, Newcastle and Glasgow. The popular podcast was first launched last year and has already racked up 5 million downloads and has hit the coveted No.#1 spot on the Comedy chart.

The venues for their nationwide tour have already been booked and a backstage rider has also been arranged. According to their team, the fridge has been stocked with beer for Pete and Peperami for Sam.

A spokesperson for the hilarious duo said: "Expect plenty of laughs but mostly utter chaos as the boys look back at their careers and share their hopes and dreams for a future of superstardom."

On Tuesday April 2 the boys will be in Newcastle at the Tyne Theatre, the following day they will then attend The Pavillion Theatre in Glasgow. On April 5 they will then head to London's Shepherd's Bush Empire and then travel the following day to Manchester's Aviva Studios. Lastly, on April 7 they will then be in Cardiff at the New Theatre.

Sam first shot to fame starring in E4's Made In Chelsea but has appeared on other reality TV shows including Celebrity SAS Who Dares Wins, Celebs Go Dating – where he met pal Pete – and, not to mention, his recent stint in I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. And it appears, according to bookmaker predictions, he is likely to be crowned winner of the ITV show.

When asked if he would take part in I’m A Celebrity before entering the camp, he said: "I think I’ve probably come to near the end of my TV stuff. I’ve done a lot, that would probably be the last one. I feel like that would be a really nice way to go out." And although his excitable had first annoyed some fans, he appears to have turned the British public around. So much so each campmate has backed Sam to win in their exit interviews.

Ahead of his stint on the show, Sam had said that he was not concerned about how he might be edited and even slammed those who complain about being wrongly perceived. He said: "You can’t edit someone’s personality. You can’t do it. You can’t give someone a different personality. They still have the traits they have. What you can do is cut down what they’ve said, because obviously it’s got to fit into a certain amount of time. It’s funny when people panic and go, ‘Oh, the edit has done me dirty there.’ No, you’ve done you dirty. They can’t put a word in your mouth. You have said that."

He added: "No one else has said that. Just because you’re bummed out that bit has got in, that’s not anyone else’s fault, that’s got to be your fault right?"

Tickets can be purchased at www.stayingrelevantlive.com from 10am on Friday 8th December.
