I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! fans were left shocked on Wednesday night as Josie Gibson appeared to be in the 'bottom two' before Nick Pickard became the fourth star to be evicted.
ITV viewers will recall that the hit jungle series always leaves fans in suspense as hosts Ant and Dec reveal who will be leaving the camp. On Wednesday's episode, the two presenters entered the jungle as they said: "Nick, it might be you..." before adding: "Josie, it might be you..."
The hosts continued: "So it's between Nick and Josie, the public have decided the next person to leave I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! 2023 is... Nick!" Viewers were left stunned to see show favourite Josie, 38, in the 'bottom two'. However, Lorraine Kelly and Richard Arnold debunked fans' fears on Thursday's episode of Lorraine.

That doesn't mean that she was last? It can be anybody because they say it 'might be you'. So everybody shouldn't worry about Josie I don't think."
To which Richard replied: "No they shouldn't worry and it's one thing the friends and family sort of think of when they see the crestfallen looks on their loved ones when they're in camp. It's in no particular order so another person is always thrown in the mix, if you like, to stir the pot.

"If you remember, way back when, Harry Redknapp was on the odd occasion: 'It could be you' and of course he triumphed at the end [in 2018]. So don't read too much into that!"
Taking to Twitter, now X, viewers shared their shock at Josie being in the 'bottom two' on Wednesday night. One person said: "I liked Nick, glad we got to see him do some trials too, didn't think Josie would be in the bottom two tho, thought she was one of the favs to win #ImACeleb."
Elsewhere, a different account put: "How was Josie in the bottom two? Wtf? I was just thinking about how it’s going to be her and Sam in the final two. She’s one of the most entertaining people in there! #ImACeleb" while another viewer wrote: "Josie in the bottom two - really #ImACeleb" with a shocked emoji.
