EastEnders teases Christmas death with seven at risk and three victims ruled out

EastEnders has released some telling new images teasing the Christmas death victim, and the potential killer.

The Six, as they are known, feature in images with the now confirmed possible victims. For the first time in the storyline, EastEnders has seemingly confirmed which male characters could die on Christmas Day.

While details of the death remain under wraps, fans of the soap have known for months that a mystery male character will die in the big episode this month. The crime takes place at The Queen Vic, and clues in episodes over the past year, and in the special flashforward scene that aired in February, have hinted at what goes down.

Kathy Beale, Suki Panesar, Denise, Linda Carter, Stacey Slater and Sharon Watts are the suspects at the scene of the crime, with one of them set to be the killer. We have no idea who dies, but now the BBC soap has confirmed which seven names are at risk of being killed off.

Three characters have been ruled out as the death it seems, unless it's all a red herring. George Knight and Theo Hawthorne had both been tipped to be killed off in a twist, and Ian Beale was also teased to be the one to die.

Now it's confirmed, according to new promo images, that neither of these three characters will die. Instead, seven other male characters face the threat of a grim fate this Christmas. These characters are Phil Mitchell, Keanu Taylor, Ravi Gulati, Dean Wicks, Nish Panesar, Rocky Cotton and Jack Branning. All seven of them are stood in the same suits with the very same cufflinks on, with a fiery backdrop.

Of course viewers know the dead body is wearing a suit and the cufflinks in question, so to see all of the men wearing them is to clearly throw fans off the scent. Keanu and Rocky are covering their sleeves though, so does this rule them out?

We also couldn't help but notice only four of the men have their gold pocket squares on show – is this another sign? In one image all seven men are stood alongside each other awaiting their fates.

In another image, we see all seven men stood alongside The Six, with one of them set to turn killer. A further image shows the victims sat in The Queen Vic which is the scene of the crime. Viewers will have to tune in this Christmas to see what happens!
