James Haskell and Chloe Madeley have been snapped spending time together after splitting earlier this year.

The former rugby star and influencer, who is the daughter of Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan, were spotted having some lunch together in a restaurant in North London. James and Chloe were out with their daughter Bodhi.

In the pictures, Chloe was dressed casually in a grey tracksuit top and matching bottoms along with a pair of trainers. She wore her blonde hair up in a bun as she sat opposite James, who sported a blue long-sleeved top for the outing.

Speaking about their weekend catch-up, a source said: "Chloe and James aren’t getting back together. They were out for a friendly lunch while they still work out how to co-parent.

"Just because they aren’t together, it doesn’t mean they won’t stay friendly," a source told The Sun. James and Chloe announced their split in October while their ITV reality series about the couple adapting to parenthood aired on TV.

In September, James had been spotted looking cosy with a PR woman at the Chiltern Firehouse while Chloe had been pictured without her wedding ring leading to speculation the couple had split. In a joint statement, Chloe said: "James and I mutually decided separate at the end of September, 2023. We had not planned on releasing a statement at this time - certainly not while the television show was airing - but constant speculation about our marriage has, unfortunately, forced our hand.

"Beyond this statement, we will not be speaking about this matter publicly, and we would request privacy at this time. Our sole focus now is our beautiful daughter. We shall continue to co-parent with nothing but love."

Chloe recently spoke out to reveal she and James had been through "the hardest summer of our lives". "[My daughter] Bodhi became my sole priority and source of joy, but beyond her, absolutely everything felt impossible," she told her followers.

"[I] had a baby by emergency C-section, returned to work eight weeks later, filmed a reality TV show, and began separating from my husband after what was, to be totally honest, the hardest summer of both of our lives," she recounted. "I’ve had mental health battles before, being diagnosed with GAD [generalised anxiety disorder] in my early twenties, so I knew there was a problem bubbling under the surface and was quick to get myself back into therapy."
