A nightmare neighbour was caught on Rng doorbell camera hurling foul abuse at a family in an intimidating tirade fuelled by booze.
Elvara Price was seen throwing the string of abuse which a judge branded "disgusting" at her neighbours while drunk. The 37-year-old admitted to witness intimidation of the family after she was originally charged with a public order offence earlier in the year while living on a street in Hull.
Hull crown court heard Price had been drunk on the day in question in May, as seen by the wine glass in her hand at the time when she was captured hurling the abuse at the family home. The court heard that Price's neighbours needed peace of mind, as she had been living next door to them and was not allowed to contact them while on bail.
"This behaviour, in other circumstances, would have been enough to go to prison straight away," Judge Bury said, but he decided against immediate imprisonment so she could get help for her issues. Marc Luxford, defending, said Price didn't object to a restraining order, Hull Live reports.
The court heard that she had recently lost her home after being evicted following an incident with neighbours. Price, who has one previous conviction for assault, has three children and has struggled with finding accommodation. She doesn't plan to return to where the trouble occurred.

The court heard that she had been placed in emergency accommodation, including a hotel and a bed and breakfast, but was reportedly asked to leave both due to allegations of antisocial behaviour. Despite disputing some of these claims, she made "absolutely no effort" to find her own place to live.
Price received a nine-month suspended prison sentence, 15 days' rehabilitation and a five-year restraining order, which prevents her from contacting the couple and their daughter or entering the street. Judge Bury warned her: "If you were in breach of this restraining order by contacting them, a court is likely to send you straight to prison."
He added: "You know that your behaviour was, to use your word, disgusting. Whether you go to prison in the future will depend on you." The judge also told her: "You must understand that there is only so much that people can do to help you."
He warned that if she rejected the help offered to her, she could end up in jail. "You have got to meet people half way," said Judge Bury.
