Daredevil tumbles off tightrope stretched between tower blocks 200ft in the air
This is the heartstopping moment a daredevil tumbles off a tightrope stretched between two tower blocks 200ft in the air.
Footage of the stunt shows a group of wire walkers taking on the challenge above a busy square in Belo Horizonte, in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, on November 28. Among the daredevils is 31-year-old Alisson Ferreira, who was named the number two world champion in Freestyle Trickline in 2022.
The sportsman and his team "Neves na Fita" are seen in a series of death-defying walks as crowds gasp below. None of the rope walkers carry balancing poles and rely solely on their arms to keep on their feet as the slackline swings in the breeze.

Another unnamed walker loses his balance and falls right off the wire, saved only by his safety harness.
According to local media, the walk was part of a campaign to raise awareness for people to donate to non-profit organisations. It was organised by the Brazilian children's charity Divine Providence System as part of a BRL 1.5 million (£240,000) fundraiser. System superintendent Dolores Bertila said: "We have a team committed to social justice for minors for half a century."

Remi Lucidi, better known online as Remi Enigma, is believed to have gotten trapped outside the top-floor penthouse of the Trengunter Tower complex, frantically knocking on a window and startling a maid inside.
The 30-year-old then lost his footing and plummeted 68 floors, dying instantly. A security guard at the building had attempted to stop Lucidi, who claimed to be visiting a pal on the 40th floor, but the extreme sports fan managed to make his way higher up the building, according to Hong Kong officials.
Lucidi's camera at the scene of his death reportedly contained footage of other death-defying stunts and climbs. Hostel owner Gurjit Kaur, which is where Lucidi was reportedly staying, said: "He was healthy and fit and happy-faced. I feel very sad."
