Tammy Slaton, star of 1000-lb Sisters, has been flaunting her new-found confidence and assertiveness on social media after shedding a whopping 400 pounds.

Body language expert Judi James told The Mirror: "Initially her body language tended to define her as having feelings of vulnerability without the weight that was restricting her movement," and added: "She has finally emerged looking confident, elegant and extremely comfortable in her own skin."

The reality star recently shared a post where she and her sister posed happily on their doorstep, hinting at the new season of their show. She looked stunning in a short black dress with a lavender sweater.
