The woman known for having the 'world's biggest cheeks' has shared her latest new beauty obsession.
Anastasiia Pokreshchuk, from Kyiv, Ukraine, has become well-known for showing of her dramatic transformation and love of surgery. The influencer has "lost count" of how many procedures she has had, enhancing her cheeks, lips and jawline with filler.
She used to wear minimal makeup, have brown hair, short finger nails, and less extreme features. Now, the viral social media star looks completely different. Anastasiia, who dubs her look "beautiful", has also had liposuction and recently went under the knife for breast enhancements.
The woman, who nicknames herself 'Just Queen', isn't afraid to give other extreme treatments a try either - and her latest obsession is huge claw-like nails.
On her Instagram page (@justqueen88) she updated her 200,000 followers with a video of her super longer nails. The design looks claw-like, with a curved shape that tapers to a thin point at the end.

Some of her fans dubbed the yellow nails with blue animal print design as "so perfect", "very nice", and "really cool", but others weren't so sure. One individual said: "Yuk, looks like dinosaur nails."
Another asked: "How can you do anything with them?" A third wrote: "Your nails are like a witch [sic]".

A number of people were left curious about how long it takes Anastasiia's nail technician to complete her nails and how she manages with them every day. "How many hours of work did that take," one wrote.
Another questioned: "Everyone's tastes are different. But, I have one question, excuse me, how to wipe with these nails? [sic]"
Speaking about her unique look Anastasiia, who also has her own music single out called Brave, previously said: "After I had the injections and saw the changes in my cheeks, I fell in love with them. I understand that they look weird for other people but I don't mind."
Anastasiia, who has spent thousands on her treatments over the years, says the fillers have boosted her confidence, and that before she used to be "ashamed of everything; my voice, my appearance".
