Prince Harry and Meghan Markle allegedly weren't invited to the Fab Four's walkabout after Queen Elizabeth died until 40 minutes before, it has been claimed.
Last September, following the death of the late Monarch, Queen Elizabeth II in 2022, Harry and Meghan famously went on a Windsor walkabout with the Prince and Princess of Wales.
The foursome, who were previously dubbed the "Fab Four" prior to the Duke and Duchess' departure from the Royal Family and England in 2020, came together to greet well-wishers following the Queen's death. But now it has emerged that not all was as it seemed.

It is claimed that the Sussexes were not originally invited to the Royal walkabout after Queen Elizabeth's deathRoyal author Omid Scobie, who is famed for having co-authored Finding Freedom, which was about the Sussexes, has now penned a new scathing book. Endgame came out at midnight, with Scobie making several bombshell claims within the confides of the cover.

One of the bombshells from the new book, which is described as "a penetrating investigation into the current state of the British monarchy", is that Meghan and Harry weren't supposed to go on the Royal walkabout in September 2022, with their invite only issued moments before.
Writing in Endgame, Omid penned that a Royal source claimed William was told to "swallow his pride and invite his brother and sister-in-law to join them when they greeted mourners and well-wishers in Windsor that day".
The source told Scobie that "William wasn’t keen" but the King put pressure on him. Scobie then penned: "With around forty minutes left before he planned to step out on Windsor Castle’s Long Walk with Kate, William sent his first text message in months to Harry, suggesting it would be 'good' if they came along, too.

Scobie then revealed that the couple’s head of communications, Ashley Hansen, gave the couple a pep talk where she said that they just had to "get out there and do it" regardless of how little time they had to get ready.
It was then revealed that the foursome had not properly conversed since Meghan and Harry departed the Monarchy, but all remained silent as they got into the same car. Noting the tension between the brothers and "zero communication between Meghan and Kate", Scobie notes that the 150-second car ride to the Long Walk "felt like two hours as they muddled through light small talk".
Then, as Harry and Meghan saw photographers and video cameras, there was a feeling of "discomfort and reluctancy".
Scobie then spoke of how once out of the car, "all four were consummate professionals". But Meghan was "extremely nervous" about being in front of the crowds, as per sources.
