I'm A Celebrity fans spot star suffering a nasty accident during show trial
Fans watching ITV’s I’m A Celebrity were left in shock after spotting one of the jungle stars suffer a nasty accident during one of the trials. Thankfully, however, it appears no one was seriously injured.
In last night’s episode, the two teams - Home and Away - took on each other to battle it out on the football field in a game titled 'Touchdown Terror'. Home team's Nella Rose and Sam Thompson went up against Away team's Grace Dent and Nigel Farage to try and release American footballs while wearing a helmet of disgusting critters.
Despite there being plenty of drama on the field, it was what happened on the sidelines that really caught people’s attention and had them howling. Sharing a clip of the episode on X, formerly Twitter, one social user wrote: “Sam so excited he fell of the bench [sic]”.
In the clip, Sam Thompson and the other members can be seen on the benches cheering their team members on. As more points were scored the group erupted into cheers but Sam appeared to lose his footing and go crashing down to the floor.

Someone else gushed: “We all need a Sam fix in our lives,” while another person agreed, adding: “#sam is the best! Loved him on The Circle!” And a fourth user worried: “He needs to calm tf down he is like a cocker spaniel.”
It wasn't only Sam who appeared to suffer last night after Nella Rose decided to end the latest trial early by pulling the emergency cord.
The YouTube star looked panicked and as though she was struggling in the moments leading up to her calling time on her latest challenge. She was competing against co-star Grace Dent, and by ending the challenge early it meant Grace's team won by default.
(James Gourley/ITV/REX/Shutterstock)The challenge saw both campmates have their heads placed inside a clear, globe-shaped helmet. Unable to put their hands in it, they could only stand as critters were poured into the helmet, with them quickly filling it up.
Nella was heard screaming in fear as the amount of bugs increased to the point there was barely any room left in the helmet. Not only that but they were covering her nose and mouth, no doubt making it difficult for her to breathe.
Eventually, Nella pulled on the emergency cord which released her from the helmet, and ended the trial immediately. Nella was visibly upset with having to end the challenge, and she was also seen choking and trying to get the bugs off of her.
