Emmerdale fans were left seriously distracted on Thursday night.
During the latest episode, Chloe Harris decided to go through with her plan of running away to France with son Reuben in a bid to get revenge on Mackenzie Boyd. Soap watchers will recall that Chloe has been left devastated after learning Mack left her in the car crash to die, instead saving estranged wife Charity Dingle, and things went from bad to worse when he later dumped her for Charity.
Confiding in sister Amy Wyatt, Chloe revealed she was going to run away with Reuben to France and stop Mack from ever seeing his son again as revenge. However, after Sarah Sugden got wind of her travel plans and let slip to Mack that she's seen packed bags, as well as Reuben’s passport, the protective father dashed out to stop Chloe.

As Chloe drove out of the village, Mack chased after the car with a dramatic filming angle from inside the vehicle showing him sprinting before it was too late.
Viewers were distracted during the running scene as they were left seriously impressed with Mack's sprinting skills. Taking to Twitter, now X, one person said: "#Emmerdale Mack chasing Chloe's car was hilarious! He was like that cyborg cop in Terminator!", a different account put: "Mack was catching up tbf #Emmerdale", another viewer wrote: "Mack could give Usain Bolt a run for his money #Emmerdale" while a different fan joked: "#emmerdale Mack just broke the 100m world record!"

Elsewhere, other soap watchers were quick to point out Chloe's mistake, pointing out that Mack should go straight to the police as it will stop Chloe from fleeing. Taking to Twitter, now X, one person said: "Straight onto the police saying your ex has kidnapped the kid and know she is trying to leave the country #Emmerdale" while another added: "Shame on Chloe for using Reuben as a weapon to get back at Mac!"
Chloe has been left betrayed by MackIn spoilers next week, it is revealed that Chloe and Reuben are missing, leaving the village worried. In the scenes, Mack returns home from another night of searching while Amy fears she’ll never hear from her sister Chloe again. Desperate Mack confronts Amy and Matty again for news, who are shocked to see him so low, while Charity is resolute they will get his son back. In a bid to defuse the situation, Charity warns him they all want the same thing and he should try to stay on Amy’s good side. Will they find Chloe and Reuben?
