Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are said to be divided over her "secret meetings" for a spin-off of The Crown, which would focus solely on them.
The first part of the sixth series of The Crown dropped onto Netflix earlier this month, and prior to it coming it out, it was revealed that the Prince and Princess of Wales felt "violated".
The Waleses were said to feel this way ahead of the programme depicting Princess Diana's death, as well as Kate and Wills' budding romance, which began when the pair were at university together.

Amid the couple's five-year-long £80million ($100million) Netflix deal, which they signed in 2020 to create a string of programmes, Meghan is said to be planning a "secret move", with the former actress considering approaching the people behind The Crown. Heat Magazine reports that she wants to pitch an idea for a new Netflix show.
As the storylines depicted on the show creep closer to the present day, Meghan wants to set up a meeting with The Crown writer/producer Peter Morgan, according to the outlet, who report a source spilled: "She really thinks the series is top quality and feels that Peter would do an incredible job creating a show that would feature actors playing them both now, doing their charity work around the world."
The magazine adds that the insider went on: "Meghan's keen for someone of Peter's calibre to do a spin-off that charts the new chapter of Meghan and Harry ripping up the Royal rulebook - but all for a good cause. In her mind, the drama would be a really tense story about how they risked everything to help others."

The Duke is said to think that by them working on a project like this, it "could open them up to more scrutiny, just like when they were mocked on South Park".
"Harry feels it's too soon to turn everything into a movie or TV show, especially knowing that it would pick up on very personal things that he spoke about in his book, some of which he does have regrets about.
"He can't take any more public humiliation," the insider concluded to the magazine.
The Mirror has reached out to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's representatives for comment. They did not immediately respond.
