Woman discovers hidden room in her house with children's handprints on the wall
Moving into a new home is always exciting - however, you often across a few surprises while getting used to your new humble abode, as one woman recently did when she discovered a secret room in her house.
Stumbling across a door in her basement bathroom, she opened it to find a creepy hidden room inside that was covered in children's handprints and footprints - with three names painted on the wall and the words "love shack" written in paint.
It's unclear how long she has lived in the house, but she was stunned to come across the room she never knew existed.

The room also locked from the inside (TikTok/@bigbrah1)Taking to TikTok to share her findings, the woman, who goes by the online name @bigbrah1, asked others what she should do. With many branding it as "creepy," she also revealed the room could be locked from the inside and showed how you had to stand on the toilet to get into the cupboard to get into the room.
Finding the "love shack" and the three names Rebecca, Kelly and Sarah painted on the walls, she wrote alongside her video: "What do I do?" and many people chimed in with their thoughts as people were baffled whether it was something worth calling the police about or whether it was just an innocent kids den.
'I don't want children staying up late at weekends - I really need adult time'
One user wrote: "Absolute weirdest vibes.. love shack? The feet?" While another added: "It was either a fun little hide out, or the creepiest thing ever," with a third who asked: "Love shack makes me feel uncomfortable, what happened in there?"
Many were in agreement that she should call the police to "get it checked out" as one TikTok user wrote: "Tell the police like just in case it's linked to something," and another urged: "You should definitely tell authorities, better to have someone look into it than to turn a blind eye to something that might need actually attention."
Whereas others thought it was nothing to worry about. "The tween girls who used that space as a hang out for sleepovers and doodling probably had no idea a bunch of adults on TikTok would be debating the size of their hands and feet, why one of them liked the song Love Shack by the B52s, or why the paint doesn't go all the way down the wall," one person laughed.
