Richard Madeley's James Haskell blunder after daughter Chloe's split from him
Good Morning Britain presenter Richard Madeley accidentally called James Haskell his son-in-law live on air.
Richard and Judy Finnigan's daughter Chloe, 36, announced her split from her former rugby professional player husband James, 38, at the end of October. The pair confirmed they had parted ways in September, after sparking concerns for their marriage as they both appeared without their rings on several outings.
The two said they were focusing on raising their 15-month-old daughter, Bodhi. With the split being fresh, Chloe's dad Richard accidentally referred to James as his son-in-law while discussing the new series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! on ITV's GMB on Monday morning.
Richard called James his son-in-law (ITV)Discussing James taking part in the show in 2019, Richard said: "It is early days, I remember when my son-in-law James Haskell was in the Jungle doing really well and riding high in the polls and then he lost it. He got into a massive row in camp, blew his stack and that was that!"
Meanwhile, Chloe recently opened up about the possibility of dating again. After Chloe was spotted out partying with friends over the weekend, the TV star got candid with her Instagram followers in a question-and-answer session on her stories last night. She invited her 293,000 followers to 'ask me a question' and she was quizzed about how she felt about getting back on the dating scene.

One follower asked: "Are you looking forward to dating or dreading it?" Which Chloe shared a photo of herself looking stunning in a black lace fitted dress and responded by typing: "I want to be and I will continue to be surrounded by females for the foreseeable" alongside a laughing face emoji.

The mum-of-one, who shares daughter Bodhi with her ex-husband James, posted a photo of herself with her daughter at a dinner table and penned below: "That my happiness is pivotal to her happiness and vice versa".
Despite her split, Chloe did reveal that she hoped to welcome more children into the world someday. She was asked by a follower: "Do you have to have more children one day?", to which she wrote: "Yeah I have a big family and I want to keep it that way!" When the couple split, they shared a statement on social media.
She wrote: "James and I mutually decided to separate at the end of September 2023. We had not planned on releasing a statement at this time - certainly not while the television show was airing - but constant speculation about our marriage has, unfortunately, forced our hand. Beyond this statement, we will not be speaking about this matter publicly, and we would request privacy at this time. Our sole focus now is our beautiful daughter. We shall continue to co-parent with nothing but love."
