B&M shoppers mortified after spotting rude detail on 'cute' Christmas ornament
B&M shoppers have been left mortified yet again, after spotting an cheeky detail on a 'cute' Christmas decoration - and some of them didn't even notice until they got home.
Last year the 'rude' reindeer made an appearance on the bargain store's shelf, and a woman didn't even notice the cheeky feature until she took it out the bag. Now the raunchy animal is back for another year, after another Christmas fan made an eye-opening discovery while on a hunt for new festive ornaments at her local bargain retailer in Hereford.
She spotted a "cute lil decoration" she wanted to bring home - but was in stitches when she turned it over and received an eyeful after studying it in more detail. To the naked eye (excuse the pun), the white reindeer from B&M seems like the perfect Christmas ornament. It has huge antlers with an adorable Robin sitting on them, and has four other animals sitting on its back - so it was no wonder social media user Mia wanted to take it home.
It turns out that the reindeer was hiding a rather big secret below, which the woman discovered after turning the ornament upside down - and Mia, who spotted it before even buying it, wasn't "even shocked". While the reindeer appeared incredibly sweet upon first glance, as a selection of adorable-looking animals sit on top of its mane, it was a different story on the other opposing side. As the woman flipped it over to inspect it further, she came across a very realistic-looking set of male genitals.
People on the video sharing platform TikTok, where the clip was posted, were in stitches, with one person saying: "Omg I bought one of those last year. Didn't notice that. When I get my Christmas stuff out I'll have a look." Another added: "Talk about attention to detail," while a third said: "I've just bought this and only just noticed."

Last year another shopper shared a similar video on social media, and was quick to share a photo of the £10 ornament on a B&M Facebook group - and fellow users thought it was "brilliant". A picture of the ornament and its appendage was shared, alongside the promotional image used by the shop, which fails to show the unexpected detail.

Flocking to the comments of the popular post, social media users shared their hilarious responses to the ornament - while others were surprised by the odd detail. One person said: "Well at least we know it's definitely a stag."
"Oh that's brilliant – they will sell out now I bet," added another. A third commented: "Not something I would normally buy, but now I'm compelled to."
After the reindeer rocketed into internet stardom online, B&M issued the perfect response to their viral Christmas ornament. A spokesperson told the Mirror: "We don't want to come across as cocky but we think we've got the best range of decorations on the high street this year! Our stag ornament has sold really well - we can't help but think it's because of his big personality."
