Rylan Clark has given his Essex mansion a festive makeover as he revealed he had got into the Christmas spirit early.
The BBC Radio 2 star took to Instagram to show off the outside of his five-bedroom house complete with a Christmas wreath - and a very fancy silver garland draped over his porch which is covered in glitterball baubles. He captioned the post: “It’s never too early for a glitterball from EARLY! Thanks @earlyhoursltd for this gorgeous Xmas design. You always make Christmas! Xxxx.” And his famous pals were quick to comment underneath praising the design.
Ex-WAG Lizzie Cundy wrote: “Love it! I def will come and stay... and not leave.” TOWIE star Jess Wright wrote “obsessed” as former co-star Ferne McCann commented: “Wowwww.”

Love it.” Impressed fans also left comments, with one saying: “Stunning, thought it was the entrance to the Beverley Hills Wiltshire Hotel!” Another wrote: “Wow! I wish Christmas at my house looked this good.”
A third fan joked: “LOVE. Can we have a party please hehex.” A fourth chimed in: “Can I please come for drinks. I’ve just bought a really gorgeous party frock. I’ll bring the booze and the craic!!” While a fifth added: “Oh YESSS, a million glitter balls of YES."

Rylan, who also presents some episodes of This Morning and fronts new E4 show Sex Rated, was recently tipped to return as a host of the revamped Big Brother on ITV. Former glamour model and ex-Big Brother contestant Nicola McLean slammed the current hosts and predicted that Rylan would be reinstated to host the forthcoming Celebrity version of the show.
She told the Daily Star: “Yeah, I would not be surprised if Rylan comes back for the celebrity one as he is so much better. I think they're really missing Rylan. I know he really wanted to do it as well. So, I just think they've missed a trick.” She added: “I think that everything that he touches, people love, you know, even him and his mum on Gogglebox. So I'm just shocked he put himself well out there and they didn't choose him.”

He was very vocal about wanting the job – and revealed he loves the show much he even has a Big Brother Diary Room chair in his house.
He has since said he was “devastated” to find out he hadn’t got the role – and didn’t find out until the public did, which came as a blow. He said: “I suppose naively, and stupidly to a point, I just thought 'I've been there for six or seven years... I love the show so much'. I just silly presumed I would be asked back. And I wasn't. It didn't transpire to be. You know, I could be one of those people now who sits there and goes 'It's what I wanted'. It wasn't what I wanted.
"I would've gone back to Big Brother in a heartbeat. And it was... quite difficult actually, because I didn't find out until near on when everyone else found out which I was quite upset about. But, I genuinely, hand on heart, wish everyone well because I've wanted that show to come back for a long time. But from a personal point of view I was devastated."
