Married At First Sight Australia star Tracey Jewel is undergoing 'biopsies and testing' as she opened up about her secret health battle.
The reality star took to social media to share a picture of herself with a plaster on her neck. She also posted a snap of herself wearing a ventilator as she lay down on a hospital bed. She reminded her followers to 'slow down' as she provided a detailed update on her health condition.
"I’ve always connected my self-worth to doing. I always had to be doing. Doing business, doing more for staff, for customers, for my family and burning myself to the ground in the process," she said. "These situations always came undone in the end. When I stopped doing so much people turned against me, and businesses didn’t work out. And I’m done.
"I haven’t really shared my health journey because I don’t have all the answers yet. I did lose a crazy 12 kilos in less than a month and ended up in hospital with pneumonia and now I’m undergoing biopsies and testing which I’m waiting for the results. For the first time in a long time, I’m doing a break.

Tracey previously opened up about battling depression and anxiety in secret. The reality star hid her struggles from everyone and focused on working and raising her two-year-old son Frankie and 10-year-old daughter Grace. She opened up on Instagram and said she found herself "spiralling into a deep hole of depression and anxiety."
She stopped talking to many friends, focused on work and "stopped doing the things that brought me joy and self-care like getting my hair and eyelashes done, dressing nice and even exercising."
