Married At First Sight UK star Laura Vaughan has confessed to having a secret feud with Nathanial Valentino now that her time filming the show is over.
The 34-year-old finance manager from Portsmouth seemed to have a close friendship with 36-year-old Manchunian Nathanial when they featured on the hit E4 reality show together. But since the filming of the show wrapped, fans began to suspect the pair may have had a huge falling out.
During the course of the recent eighth season of the dating show, viewers saw Laura and Nathanial spend time together and strike up a close friendship. Laura even took Nathanial’s side when he had a falling out with his 29-year-old wife Ella Morgan Clark, proving the closeness of their friendship.

Nathaniel and Laura had got on like a proverbial house on fire when the show was filming (@nathanial.valentino/Instagram)But since the show completed filming, the two have snubbed each other on social media, and have not been seen together. The icy behaviour of the duo led many MAFS fans to suspect that the two were no longer close. And during an Instagram Q&A with fans, Laura seemed to confirm this was indeed the case.
One fan asked if they were no longer friendly, and she replied: "In all honesty, I don't really know. Difference of opinion mainly. There's no malice there at all from me. Sometimes these things happen." Laura added: "I wish him nothing but the best for the future but we aren't friends and that's fine." But it’s not just Laura’s relationship with Nathanial that has stirred the interests of the show’s fans.

The collapse of her marriage to hunky 34-year-old tennis coach Arthur Poremba has also stirred emotions for MAFS fans. Viewers watched Arthur declare his love to Laura when they first met at the beginning of the season. And while many argued his vows veered towards cringe, they ended up rooting for the couple as they grew close in the intervening weeks. But Laura sensationally dumped Arthur in the final episode.
She said in a closing speech: "I know we've grown as individuals in this process, but the more I grow as a person the more I grow apart from you. I've always been a fixer, but I've realised this relationship is something that can't be fixed. You helped me realise what I don't want and I'm going to give you this [wedding ring] back, but thank you for making me realise who I am. You'll be perfect for someone, but it won't be me."
Arthur himself gave a dignified statement following the collapse of the marriage, declaring on Instagram: "Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened. Thank you for what’s probably going to be one of the best experiences of my humble life."
