Married At First Sight's Thomas' heartfelt message to Rozz after brutal dumping
Married At First Sight UK star Thomas Kriaras revealed he will 'always be proud' of his ex-partner Rozz Darlington despite their heartbreaking journey.
Thomas and Rozz quickly became fan favourites as viewers watched their relationship blossom from awkward smiles and uncomfortable talks to deep connections and sexual exploration. After a couple of weeks, the couple admitted to each other that they could see themselves falling in love with one another.
The two seemed inseparable and even became a couple that the other contestants looked up to and had faith in. However, it all came crumbling down when Rozz realised Thomas wasn't the person for her during the difficult Homestay Week. It resulted in a painful breakup, which saw Thomas pack his bags and leave her home.
At the commitment ceremony, which resulted in Thomas being guided out by medics, Rozz made the heartbreaking admission that she realised she didn't want to have children with him. It was one of the reasons she started 'checking out' of the relationship despite going from strength to strength.
Thomas was heartbroken when Rozz made the shock confession (E4)Not only did Thomas have to grieve their relationship, but he also had to do it all on national television while viewers at home wiped their tears away. He had to relive the dreaded commitment ceremony seven months on as fans watched it for the first time. Thomas has since moved on some fans may be happy to hear he still has a lot of love and respect for Rozz.

The star spoke to The Mirror about how 'proud' he has been watching her growth. He also appreciated her staying true to herself and being honest with him about their relationship. He told us: "She didn't let guilt override her decision to be with me because so many people just ride it out. They just go with it until they can't and with her...

He understood why she made her decision (Channel 4)"I really appreciate how honest she was with me because so many times and, anyone can relate to this, we've all been in relationships where it's ended. And we've we haven't had the honesty so we didn't get that closure.
'So I knew where I stood with every point in this experiment, both good and bad. And I wouldn't have changed the outcome. Yeah, I felt like it was needed." He went on to discuss how much she changed during the course of the experiment, noticing how her confidence shot through the roof over the weeks.
Thomas added: "Her confidence is night and day. Her confidence and capability to make decisions on her own is dramatically different. She always struggled to make those decisions on her own without her family's support because they’ve always been there for her.
"This is the first time they weren't there physically for her. So she developed this insane amount of independence which she always felt like she struggled with in the past. I'm always gonna be so proud of her. And she did that on her own but I didn't do anything for her. I was just I was there for her when she was upset."
