Love Island Games fans rally behind Jess after rant at Johnny during recoupling
Love Island Games fans rallied behind Jess Losurdo as she went off on a furious rant against Johnny Middlebrooks cussing out the islander during the latest recoupling.
In an all-new episode Monday evening, fans backed up Jess as she angrily exploded on Johnny after discovering hurtful words he said behind her back before pairing with the newest bombshell Courtney. In a preview before the recoupling ceremony, Johnny admitted that he was only using Jess as a placeholder until he found someone else he was "more physically attracted to."
After discovering the hurtful comments Jess did not hold back during her speech as she chose Roy as her new partner. She said: "He [Roy] is a nice genuine soul and he made me believe in myself. He's got a genuine connection in here and it's nice to see someone whose very genuine for the person that they coupled up with. Also too, I'd rather be coupled up with a good friend than coupled up with a f****ng snake."

Johnny fought back laughter as his previous partner cussed him outAs the fellow islanders gasped in union covered their faces with their hands, Jess continued to fuel the fire. She said: "To find out that you were waiting for someone to come in is f***ed. You were cuddling me in bed, you were kissing me in bed, and you were telling me that you liked me. I f****ng knew that was bullsh*t. Your true colors really showed Johnny. F**k you."

Throughout the entire speech Johnny disrespectfully fought through laughter and commented "that's one for the books." After she gave Johnny the middle finger and again repeated "f**k you" Johnny smiled and responded: "I heard you the first time" issuing no apology for his insensitive words. After the recoupling, he walked away with his friends in the villa and joked: "Wow, I think that made history actually. I don't think anyone's been cussed out like that on a recoupling. That was insane." Meanwhile Jess swiftly walked off onto the beach with Johnny's ex-girlfriend Cely in tears as she held and comforted her.
After Jess' choice words for Johnny, viewers of Love Island Games took to X, formerly Twitter, rooting Jess on for her courage to say exactly how she felt right to his face. One fan wrote: "Jess’s “f you” came from the depths of her being … I get it."
Another added: "Johnny is the lamest man ever to exist. What about the way he treated and reacted to Cely gave anyone the idea that man was worth a damn? Get him off my screen he acts like a teenager." And another replied: "Johnny telling Jess they gonna stick together for the games then turning around and telling Courtney he was waiting for her to walk through the door is PURE CHAOS!"
