As the cold weather hits, it can make getting up in the morning, and one thing you may notice is the build-up of condensation on your windows.
Condensation happens when the warm air from inside meets the cold air outside on the windows and beads of water droplets will form a thin layer. It can seem harmless, but if left, can lead to mould growth which can in turn lead to some pretty nasty heath problems.
It can seem like a pain having to wipe down your windows each morning, but cleaning fans have chimed in with their easy hacks to wipe away the water in seconds.
One woman had decided she'd had enough struggling to remove the pools of water and asked others online for their trusted methods. Taking to the Facebook page Mrs Hinch Cleaning Tips she asked: "Please can anyone advise how to best stop condensation on the inside of my windows during the winter months? It's on the inside pane of the window, not in between the double glazing, every morning when I wake up there are pools of water on the window sill it's a nightmare."
The post gained a lot of attention from other homeowners in the same position, but one woman chimed in with the nifty trick that she swears by. As a cleaner herself, her recommendation seemed to be a popular one as she suggested just one tool. "I'm a cleaner and the best thing is to use a Squeegee or a window vac to clean the condensation off the windows in the morning.

"Only takes a few seconds. Finish off by drying the frame (I use an old towel). This is easy and will help avoid any mould growing around your window," she wrote.
Squeegees can be found in most DIY and home wear shops, and we've found one for just 80p from Dunelm that can help tackle the condensation on your windows.
