Princess Charlotte is the second child of Kate and William - and is known for being very similar to her mum, often showing similar gestures and wearing similar outfits in public.

From a young age, Charlotte has shown her bubbly personality, always greeting fans during royal engagements she attended with her parents and her two siblings, Prince George and Prince Louis. But during the King's Coronation in May this year, she publicly showed affection for her younger brother as she held his hand before entering Westminster Abbey.

The sweet moment did not go unnoticed, as Charlotte quickly took hold of her brother's hand after they arrived with their parents. The pair were then pictured standing in the abbey together while holding hands ahead of the ceremony, which was attended by more than 2,200 people.

Charlotte and Louis also sat together during the ceremony, with the girl sitting by their dad's side and the boy staying next to their mum. Another special moment they shared was when Louis noticed something overhead and was seen pointing it out to his big sister.

Charlotte could be seen looking up while holding the programme of the ceremony. A sweet image also shows five-year-old Louis looking at Charlotte as she smiles next to him while leaving Westminster Abbey.

During the Coronation, their older brother George - who is now second in line to the throne - took his place as one of the King's pages of honour. For the special occasion, he was wearing a traditional uniform, first worn at the coronation of King Edward VII in 1902.

A source claimed that George made history by persuading his grandfather to break with centuries-old tradition at the Coronation. The nine-year-old future heir is said to have persuaded the monarch to make a change to uniforms worn by the pages of honour - specifically their white knee breeches.

A source reportedly claimed that George also "wasn't keen on wearing tights and becoming a subject of ribaldry at school". Instead, the King agreed to his grandson's wishes and allowed the pages to wear trousers.

"He also wasn't keen on wearing tights and becoming a subject of ribaldry at school," said a courtier. The King agreed and the breeches and tights were replaced with trousers, reported The Mail.

George and seven other boys named Pages of Honour "attended their majesties”, the King and Queen, during the service. They were primarily responsible for carrying their long, heavy robes. The honour is usually granted to teenage sons of members of the nobility and gentry, and especially of senior Royal Household members.
