Married At First Sight UK stars Erica Roberts and Tasha Jay have spoken out following “embarrassing” scenes on the hit reality series.
Brides Tasha and Erica weren’t the best of friends during their time on the E4 show, and fans were left cringing over their constant explosive rows. The duo got into a blazing argument over “bad energy”, as Tasha erupted when she accused Erica of “sniggering” when she talked about being part of the “strongest couple” in the group.
Talking about their regular fights, Tasha confessed she wished she’d approached her relationship with Erica differently, and regretted being so aggressive towards her throughout the show. “The spa day with Erica, watching everything back with Erica, it's really embarrassing. I feel sad in myself that I reacted the way I did. But I have got a very short fuse. [And] I always have, that's just me,” she told heat.
Tasha was upset over the constant fighting (Channel 4)While she admitted she loves being “fiery”, Tasha said one row in particular - during the spa day - only happened because it was a “very intense day and emotions were high.” She added: “I just snapped but I wish I never would have taken it to that level because Erica is a lovely girl.”
Dancer Erica was also full of remorse over her rivalry with Tasha, and she told the outlet that she was left heartbroken when she was accused of having “bad vibes”, before confessing she was “taken aback” by the row. “They didn't like my vibe,” she added, as she explained how sad she was that she felt she was bonding with Ella before the argument.

Erica previously spoke about the “bad vibes” jibe during the spa day, and was left fuming over how she was treated by the other brides. “The fact that she comes at me at the spa saying, 'You give me bad vibes'... I was just like, no, I don't f**k with that energy. I hate that. And I was like, I'm a new girl coming into a new group. I would never isolate someone like that,” she fired.
Erica was fuming but was embarrassed over the explosive arguments (Channel 4)She slammed the others for having “mean girl energy”, and said even Jay Howard stepped forward to defend Erica following the huge bust-up. “Luckily, when we were there, Jay steps in and says to them two like, 'This is not okay, you've never even spoke to her or had a conversation.' It was giving like, I've said this before when people ask, but it was genuinely given such mean girl energy. That's all I can describe it,” she shared.
