CCTV released after police say person found naked and 'acting suspiciously'
Detectives hunting a naked man seen acting suspiciously have released CCTV of the suspect.
The bizarre incident - the exact details of which police have not divulged - happened on a street in Stockport, Greater Manchester, last week. Greater Manchester Police said concerns were raised after someone was seen "acting suspiciously" before "being startled and leaving".
The man was spotted in the early hours of Wednesday at around 2.30am in the Hazel Grove area of the town. Now the force has released a CCTV still of a person they want to speak to in connection.
Police Sergeant Mathew Fazl-Lavassani of GMP’s Stockport East Neighbourhood team said: “Whilst we believe there is no serious direct threat to the public, the concerning report has meant we have conducted a number of enquiries in relation to an incident that happened in a remote location.
“The person pictured we believe has vital details that could help us understand further what happened and we are keen to speak to him to ensure we can keep our community safe.
