Inside AJ Odudu's vibrant home quirky home bar and impressive walk-in wardrobe
Ever since AJ Odudu first gave fans a glimpse of her chic London home three years ago, we've been drooling with envy over the Big Brother star's impeccable interior design style.
The 35-year-old is currently following a busy schedule as she co-presents the rebooted ITV reality series Big Brother alongside Will Best, nearly a decade after hosting its spin-off with Emma Willis. In the past couple of years, she's also appeared on Ru Paul's Drag Race, Stand Up to Cancer Bake Off and Married at First Sight. It's a gruelling workload, but fortunately, AJ can always look forward to returning to her plush flat and its dopamine spiking colour palate after a hectic day on camera.
The Strictly finalist has lived in a Victorian period maisonette-style apartment since 2020, which she found after a year of hunting for the perfect place to call home. She quickly put her own stamp on the property, refurbishing it to be a vibrant haven away from the hustle and bustle of her showbiz career. AJ hasn't been shy about this transformation either, setting up an Instagram page called HomeWithAJ to share her interior design journey with fans.

AJ has been proudly sharing photos of her London flat since 2020 (Instagram/ @homewithaj)The profile showcases a number of spaces in AJ's flat, including an orange carpeted staircase, a white kitchen with wooden flooring, a matte black dining table with a mosaic pattern, and a bedroom with leafy wallpaper and floral cushions. There's also a vibrant orange couch in the living room, which AJ explains was purchased to match her tangerine hallway.
"I bought the bright orange settee to tie in with the hallway from John Lewis and I think plants bring your home to life in the most decorative way so I've invested in plenty of those too," she told Harper's Bazaar in 2020. AJ has also said that orange is one of her "favourite colours", which is likely why it features in almost every room in the TV personality's home.

AJ explained that the vibrant touch is perfect for counteracting the grim British weather, adding, "Even when it's grey outside, there's still a bit of colour popping inside. It's a way of bringing the sunshine in."
With its comfy seating and stocked bar, AJ's home is also ideal for hosting friends and family. The Blackburn native took advantage of her deluxe space one festive period, taking to Instagram to reveal she'd run out of hard beverages after a boozy party.

If AJ got to keep any of her sparkly Strictly Come Dancing costumes, she'll have plenty of room to store them. In 2019, she shared her joy at finally having a walk-in wardrobe. "I've always wanted a walk in wardrobe and now I've got one," she wrote alongside a picture of her glamorous new dressing room. She also shared her design choices, saying: "Sliding wardrobe doors are the ultimate space saver and spot lights instead of the ceiling fan is what I opted for in my dressing room."
