Doing brainteasers and figuring out tricky optical illusions is a good way to sharpen your eyes and keep your mind working in different ways.
In this latest illusion, you're asked to figure out the hidden letter in the pattern and although it sounds simple, it's designed to really put your eyes to the test as the colours are all merged into one at first glance.
Created by Bright Side, they state that "Toning the muscles of your eyes will also help you minimize possible eye strains and allow them to work more efficiently." So why not give this one a go?
