Walkers has confirmed it has axed a popular packet of crisps after fans noticed another flavour has been missing for some time.
The crisps manufacturer no longer sells its Beef and Onion flavour, which came in a brown bag. The news comes after one person took to Twitter/X and asked if Walkers had stopped making them.
The firm announced it pulled them last year, putting an end to fan speculation as to whether they were temporarily being paused or if they're gone for good. Walkers has discontinued Beef and Onion before, but a campaign in 2015 brought the flavour back to shelves.
One crisp lover called Katie asked: "Have you stopped making Beef and Onion Crisps?" A Walkers spokesperson responded: "Hi Katie, sorry to say Beef & Onion was discontinued last year."
It replied to another fan: "Hi Ian, we know there were a lot of people that loved Beef & Onion, but sometimes, sadly the sales just aren't there, so we have to make changes to our range." Other shoppers were not happy - saying Beef and Onion was "the best flavour ever” and urged Walkers to bring it back.

Another said: “I’m sure I speak for many when I say Beef and Onion was my favourite flavour.” And third added: “When are you bringing back the Beef and Onion crisps!? I know I’m not alone when I say ‘we miss them’.”
One person wrote: “Why would you discontinue Beef and Onion crisps?” Another commented: "Just dawned on me Walkers Crisps have binned off BBQ, beef and onion and Worcestershire sauce flavours. Please don’t tell me Ketchup is next."
Walkers fans reacted to the news of the Worcestershire sauce flavour being discontinued last month. One person wrote: "Is it just me that's noticed but I've not seen these in my local shop or supermarket for a while now. Can I still get them?"
Another said: "What has happened to Worcestershire sauce? Cannot tell you how much I miss my favourite flavour." A third said: "Where are the Worcester sauce flavour crisps? My favourite but I can't find them anymore."
