Married At First Sight UK fans are left lost for words after Thomas Kriaras showed off his new body transformation – and he's almost totally unrecognisable from the guy we're watching on E4.
The 27-year-old has been working over-time in the gym since the show stopped and has taken to Instagram to show off the results. Viewers have seen him and Rozz Darlington go from strength-to-strength after an awkward and timid start to their marriage. Things have come on and Thomas has clearly been pumping iron.
He captioned his Instagram clip: "Only 1% better than yesterday still means you’re always improving growth is hard. It’s almost like you have to say goodbye to your old self! I’ve always struggled to maintain my weight and this is the longest I’ve gone without losing it all but this time is different - I’m never gonna lose it again What are you guys working towards? Let me know!"
Thomas wows fans with his unlikely transformation as he showed off a before and after shotFans loved the progress, and one wrote: "How has Thomas become the hottie of the season and with that high grant posh voice?" [sic] Another told him: "I’m gonna join your club when it all slows down cause that transformation is crazy."
Thomas and Rozz began their journey on MAFS UK barely making eye contact, fans are thrilled with the progress in their relationship, which started off distant and awkward. One viewer posted on X: "Rozz and Thomas are actually becoming my favourite couple. That whole friendship phase really worked out for them." Another fan expressed surprise at their growing fondness for the pair: "I didn't expect Roz and Thomas to become my favs?? Their growth..."

He's now a muscle man after some intense work outs
He was matched with Rozz on the series (Channel 4)Thomas recently reflected on his MAFS experience in a candid post. He said: "I had a lot of people asking me what I would have done differently if I could go back. I would’ve made sure I continued being my best self instead of letting myself become unhappy and unfit.
