A woman has shared last minute Halloween costumes made from things you have around the house. This year Halloween falls on Tuesday 31st October, and it's not too late to get a costume sorted if you're in need of something spooky and spectacular to wear but don't want to splash your cash.
TikTok user Amanda shared a TikTok video detailing twelve last minute Halloween costumes made from bits and pieces you might already own. For example, you could try covering your face with stickers, or dressing up as a builder.
Alternatively, take some inspiration from Mean Girls for another costume idea. Queen Bee Regina George is so popular that, when her enemies prank her by cutting holes in the chest of her tank top, she is not humiliated. Instead, other girls cut up their own shirts to copy her exposed-lingerie look.
You could also try something tongue-in-cheek and wear a white T-shirt with the message 'Error 404 Costume Not Found', alongside regular clothes. Or there is the classic Britney schoolgirl look, complete with pigtails, mini-skirt, knee socks and a shirt tied at the waist.
Another easy option is just to throw on a Hawaiian shirt, perhaps with a sunhat. If you've got an old tie-dye T-shirt, embrace your inner hippie by wearing some flower garlands and a groovy pair of shades.

You could also wear all black skin-tight leggings and a crop top, to look like Sandy from Greece. Curl your hair and add some platform shoes to complete the vibe. Another quick Halloween costume to pull together is simply to borrow some of your grannie's favourite garms and embrace your inner old lady.
You could also dress like a rockstar, or you could have fun wearing head-to-toe red as the devil. Finally, if you've got an old cowboy hat lying around, complete the look with a toy pistol, some slacks and a checked shirt.
