Britney Spears has revealed her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake once put on an accent in a bid to impress black musicians and fans have gone into overdrive mocking the NSYNC singer.
In Britney's new memoir, The Woman in Me, she accuses Justin of trying "too hard" to fit in with black musicians during the height of NSYNC's fame. The audiobook is narrated by actress Michelle Williams and listeners can't get enough of her impression of Justin.
Britney has written about one particular incident which happened in 1999 when the then-couple bumped into R&B singer Ginuwine. Britney said the interaction prompted Justin to speak with a "blaccent" which she said was embarrassing.
