Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently jetted off on a luxury break without their two children, which "did wonders" for their relationship and helped them to reconnect after a string of claims their marriage was "strained".
Spotted walking hand-in-hand on the tiny island of Canouan after a busy week of engagements to mark World Mental Health Day earlier this month, the couple escaped the Big Apple and headed for a more secluded vibe for some quality time with one another.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been enjoying some quality time together of late (Getty Images)The couple, who married in a lavish ceremony in Windsor back in May 2018, went onto Atlanta, Georgia after their Caribbean getaway, with the trip hoping to help their marriage. And while on the exotic getaway at the swanky resort of Canouan in St Vincent and the Grenadines, the couple was said to have done a bit of sight-seeing, sunbathing, and snorkelling.
And now further details of the couple's trip have been unveiled, with it emerging that "the trip was very much Harry's idea". A source told Heat Magazine: "He wanted to whisk Meghan away for some couple time, and try to reignite the spark between them."

They added that the Duke of Sussex has been "worried" that he and his wife "don't have enough fun these days" due to Meghan being so focused on work. And while on holiday, the couple are said to have "spent time relaxing", with the getaway proving to be "great for them".
The source then revealed the purpose of their trip, noting how it was to "figure out a plan moving forward" because "they'd like to avoid couples' therapy, if possible".

They went on: "The intensity and scale of the stress they face can make them very tetchy, especially as they're under so much scrutiny at all times."
The "healing holiday" was about making their marriage "stay solid", and they are said to have had some "deep talks" as well as lots of fun too.
And, while on holiday in the Caribbean, it was reported that the couple got "affectionate" with one another. "They looked happy," an onlooker spilled to Daily Mail. They added: "As Harry walked out of the shop, he slightly bumped into one of the barrels [outside] and they both giggled and Meghan reached for his hand. They just looked very happy to be having a holiday together."
