In the lead-up to Black Friday, many shoppers will be looking to bookmark the best online shopping pages, to bag the cheapest deals as soon as the sale alarm sets off. Up until now, Amazon's little-known Warehouse store has been a hidden place to shop big-name brands for a fraction of the price, but a month until the official 2023 Black Friday date there's another discounted site on our radar.
If the Dyson Airwrap, the V11 Absolute Gold Vacuum, or a pair of Corrale straighteners are on your wish list this shopping season then it's not a site to sleep on. As hundreds of the products can be bought for a fraction of the price, a big win considering the viral AirWrap styler can cost as much as £480.
That's right, on the Dyson Refurbished store, you can find the popular hair styler for £399, £81 cheaper than the usual retail price. Fellow hair-care fans may want to look at its Corrale price drop too, the cord-free tool is now reduced by £200 a deal that makes Boots' £399 offer look steep.
Moving onto household staples the Dyson V11 Vacuum is reduced by a whopping £125, making it one of the biggest discounts we've spotted so far. Above are just three discounted items that prove the site could be one to save for the upcoming sale bonanza of Black Friday.
So, how does it compete for shoppers on the hunt for the best price? If we compare to other well-known second hand stores we'd recommend it as the first place to look if you have a Dyson device in mind. A second option would be the eBay refurbished store, it works in a similar process to Dyson and lists products that have been repaired and re-tested for a cheaper rate.

As our fashion and beauty lead, Bethan Shufflebotham found out: "According to eBay: “Products sold on the eBay Certified Refurb hub go through a careful vetting process to ensure that they are top quality, so the Dyson Airwrap is available in pristine, like-new condition, having been professionally inspected, refurbished and packaged by Dyson."
Of course the Amazon Warehouse store still remains an option if you're looking for another brand of tech, whether it's a range of Shark vacuums or the rival brands take on the AirWrap, the FlexStyle. This Shark Cordless Stick vacuum is £157, a small cut from the usual £279.99 retail price.
If you're starting to prep for the Black Friday sale season then all three refurbished sites; eBay Refurbished and the Dyson Refurbished store are all ones to bookmark. If you still wanted to price compare on the Amazon's Prime site then we've rounded up a few tips below.
Here's how to make sure you're getting the best price on the Prime retailer, whether you're looking at its second-hand refurbished section or shopping from the main page.
Always use a price comparison
We'd recommend shoppers compare the prices of the specific item in the 'sale', that way they can know if the current price is cheaper than usual. The site CamelCamelCamel is a price tracker made just for products listed on Amazon, so shoppers can compare listed prices.
Sign up for Amazon Prime - to get the deals first
As the name may suggest, the Amazon Prime day sale is only available to shoppers who sign up for a Prime membership. Whilst next-day delivery and Prime Video are it's more 'known about' perks shoppers with this membership can also get more money-off products.
Checking the Amazon Prime prices early means you'll have enough time to compare the prices over at eBay refurbished and Dyson Refurbished too.
Check the 'sold by' information
Everything we know about new sci-fi series The Power so far - from cast to plot
It may sound simple but checking the 'sold by' information next to the price of the product can give you an idea if the products you're getting are worth your money.
Whilst the majority of third-party sellers on Amazon are the real deal, and Amazon has checks to verify, there have been rare cases where 'fake' items have been sold.
