Every contestant on Strictly Come Dancing over the years has testified to how difficult and draining rehearsals were for them, ahead of the live shows.
So it's perhaps easy to understand why Bobby Brazier, 20, jumped at the opportunity to enjoy a countryside retreat with his dad Jeff, brother Freddie and Jeff's wife Kate. The Brazier family headed to The Croft Farm Escape in Hertfordshire on Sunday last week and stayed at the lavish glamping site, which comes complete with barn accommodation, saunas and ice baths. And Jeff, 44, who raised his two boys as a single dad following the tragic death of Jade Goody in 2009, took to Instagram to share pictures and videos of their break - including them all enjoying an ice bath.

Strictly's Bobby Brazier sat in an ice bath as he took in the views in HertfordshireIn one video, Bobby can be seen looking relaxed as he sat in an ice bath while taking in the breath-taking views. And in another clip, Jeff and his wife Kate also took on the freezing temperature - which has now prompted Jeff to reveal that he now wants one at home. He wrote: "Took the family along to @the.croft.farm.escape for an Ice bath & sauna session today. Good effort from Fred & @katebrazierpr. Great to help @bobbybrazier recover for another week of hard work! (Thanks to those that voted for him)."
He added: "Such an incredible set up down there and the views were really special. Check out their schedule they offer so many different retreats and workshops & they’re based in Hertfordshire. We enjoyed it so much I’ve invested in one for the garden". Jeff confirmed that he had reunited with Kate Dwyer back in July after the couple announced that they had split in December last year. But on July 19, Jeff posted a sweet video of the pair on a cruise and sealed the confirmation with a kiss.
Jeff's followers wasted no time in posting comments, including former TOWIE star Ferne McCann who said: "You look like the third brother. Looking well Jeff." And Bobby's professional dance partner Dianne Buswell, who recently named Bobby as her "rock" following his support over her dad's health issue, said:"strong," with an applause emoji. As Bobby competes in the BBC dance competition his dad Jeff and brother Freddie, 19, have been supporting him week after week.

Kate and Jeff also enjoyed the ice bath and the TV personality now wants one at his homeSpeaking to OK!, Jeff opened up about the differences between the two brothers. He said: "You have people like Bob that I guess are just made to be front and centre. Then you have people like me and Fred, who are made to be a really solid platform for people to be able to talk to about their problems, and help people to be the best that they can be. I think it's something to celebrate, but when you're young, you don't necessarily sort of give it as much credit. I was trying to stress to Fred that that is an absolute superpower and that we play a very, very important role not just in the family, but sort of beyond that as well."
