Paris Hilton has branded her trolls as "sick" as they mocked the appearance of her nine-month-old son Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum.
The former model and DJ took to the TikTok comments to shut down the people who had mocked her baby son, who she shares with husband Carter Reum. Defending her child, she wrote: "There are some sick people in this world.
"My angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain," Paris added. It comes after she shared rare new sweet snaps of her "baby angel."
In the snaps, Paris beamed as she cradled her young son following his first trip to the Big Apple. She wrote: "My precious angel baby Phoenix's first time in NYC."

Paris was seen with her baby perched on her lap as the mother-son duo sat on an expensive-looking sleek white couch.
The Simple Life star dressed her young baby up in Burberry fashion with the young child sporting tiny plaid sneakers that matched perfectly with his white t-shirt featuring the same design. Fans of Paris took to the comments complimenting her on the adorable family photos.
One fan wrote: "OooEmGee he's the cutest baby boy ever," and another added: "So beautiful xx love the matching looks." And a third commented: "Little does he know in a couple years he's gonna take over the world."
