An adorable friendship between two disabled dogs has captured the hearts of online users and absolutely melted them with how cut it is.
A video of the two pups shows the sweet bond between the pair who are living life to the fullest - going on walks, playing, and posing for photo shoots. Founder and director of Luvable Dog Rescue, Liesl Wilhardt has shared a look into the unbreakable bond between the pups.
Picasso and Newt were both born with facial deformities, but this hasn't stopped them from enjoying life. The pair live at an animal sanctuary in Eugene, Oregon, with their owner and 13 fellow animal rescue friends.

Seven-year-old Picasso was rescued in 2017 after Liesl found out the pooch was set to be euthanised. She said: "After seeing a photo of him and his very twisted snout, I reached out to the shelter and learned he was on 'death row' in the shelter.

"They all love each other and have a lot of fun together. They love to walk on our trails in the woods and I think lots of exercise their whole lives have helped with their health and longevity."

She's continued to share their adventures for the last six years in the hope she can share some good will with the world.
Picasso is a crossbreed and was born with a twisted muzzle in a condition known as wry mouth, a condition that causes one side of the jaw to grow more than the other. Three-year-old Newt, on the other hand, was saved from an abusive situation in Texas in 2021.
Newt lost his upper snout not long after being born after his mum bit him in a heartbreaking accident (@picassoandnewt / CATERS NEWS)While Picasso was born with a twisted muzzle, Newt lost his upper snout in a tragic accident. His mother bit his face when he was born, leading him to lose his entire upper snout. The pair also have a brother called Wacku who lost his snout in a horrifying machete attack.
Despite their physical challenges, the pair still manage to capture the hearts of their loyal followers on social media with their playful personalities and positive attitudes. Liesl explained: "People's reaction to our videos is almost entirely positive. It makes people happy to see dogs overcoming the odds and finding happiness.
"There are always a few horrible comments from those who know nothing about the dogs or their stories and say cruel things about their appearance. I use our platform as social media influencers to encourage adoption and try to find homes for [dogs] and raise funding for our non-profit organisation. Our motto is 'compassionate action'."
