Big Brother fans all say same thing as two housemates face second eviction

Big Brother has revealed that Henry and Zak will be the next housemates to face the public vote ahead of Friday night's second live eviction of the series.

During Wednesday's tense episode, the housemates were all summoned to the Diary Room, where they had to nominate two of their housemates for eviction. Later, this was revealed as Henry and Zak with the housemates learning the news in explosive scenes.

Zak received five nominations from Hallie, Kerry, Chanelle, Jenkin and Henry while Henry received four nominations from Dylan, Olivia, Noky and Jenkin. Viewers were quick to react to the nominations as they questioned why only two housemates were up for nomination when other contestants also received a slew of nominations.

Taking to social media, one person said: "That’s nominations done! Zak & Henry up for eviction! Surprised it’s only 2!", a different account put: "Whyy did they only put two people up #BBUK", another viewer said: "#BBUK pleaaaaaase…why are you only putting 2 housemates up for eviction at one time, if you receive TWO or more nominations you should be up for eviction - so stupid!!!" while another added: "BB only putting two people up for eviction again... #bbuk."

Elsewhere, viewers were quick to call out Kerry as she acted shocked to the results despite nominating Zak herself. Taking to Twitter, now known as X, one person said: "Kerry doing the most knowing she nominated Zak is very annoying #bbuk", a different account put: "Kerry acting shocked when she herself nominated Zak #BBUK" while another viewer added: "Kerry acting shocked like she didn’t vote Zak #bbuk."

Later this week, on Friday night, viewers will see either Henry or Zak be evicted from the Big Brother house with voting open for viewers from 10.15pm on Wednesday evening via the Big Brother app. It comes as make-up artist Farida, 50, from Wolverhampton was the first housemate to leave the 2023 series as NHS Manager Kerry, 40, from Essex was saved on Friday's episode.

Elsewhere on Wednesday, Big Brother confirmed that Hallie and Olivia did rule break on the episode after they appeared to share their nominations with each other. The news was revealed on spin-off show, Big Brother: Late & Live, by host AJ Odudu as she revealed that the two housemates will be receiving a punishment on Thursday's episode.

The host, 35, said: "I can confirm that we've only had a blooming rule break! Big Brother caught Hallie and Olivia drawing housemates' names on each other's backs but don't worry, this didn't effect the outcome of this week's nominations." AJ then teased: "You'll have to tune in tomorrow at 9pm to find out how Big Brother will deal with those two... punishment time!"
