Legendary NFL tight end Rob Gronkowski has responded to Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce's romance with singer Taylor Swift.
Kelce, 34, and Swift, 33, have been dating for a number of weeks, with the 12-time Grammy Awards winner even attending three Chiefs games - wins against the Chicago Bears, New York Jets, and Denver Broncos. The celebrity couple then travelled to New York following the win over Denver on Thursday to spend the weekend together.
They were seen at the Saturday Night Live show before heading into Nobu for a lowkey date. Kelce then made an appearance at Metlife on Sunday at brother Jason Kelce's game against the Jets, which the Philadelphia Eagles lost 20-14.
Gronkowski, a former Super Bowl-winning tight end, originally urged Swift to give Chiefs star Kelce a chance back in July. Gronk's plea came after Kelce was unsuccessful in his attempts to give Swift his number at one of her shows at the Chiefs' home stadium of Arrowhead.
Swift may have indirectly taken Gronkowski's advice which has left him pleased. And with Swift and Kelce's romance blossoming, Gronkowski would like the singer to take his annual Super Bowl party to the next level. "She can perform a song with you [Kelce] dancing on the stage!" Gronk told TMZ. He then added: "He's got unbelievable hips!"

Swift's return to Arrowhead to watch Kelce was much-needed confirmation their romantic flame was still burning after she was absent from the game against the Minnesota Vikings. Kelce has previously cited privacy as the main reason.
"What’s real is that you know, it is my personal life, I want to respect both of our lives," Kelce said last month on his "New Heights" podcast.
“She’s not in the media as much as I am doing this show every single week and having fun during the NFL season on other guys’ shows, like the (Pat) McAfee show and any other show I go on from here on out … I’m enjoying life and I sure as hell enjoyed this weekend.”

"To see the slow motion chest bumps, to see the high fives with Mom, to see how, you know, Chiefs kingdom was all excited that she was there — that s--- was absolutely hysterical and it was definitely a game I’ll remember, that’s for damn sure," Kelce added.
"I just thought it was awesome how everybody in the suite had nothing but great things to say about her — the friends and family. Everybody was talking about her in great light.”
