Jada Pinkett Smith told fans that she is "figuring out" how her marriage to Will Smith works - seven years after they secretly decided to separate.
The 52-year-old went live on Facebook to promote her new autobiography, Worthy. She was joined by her mum Adrienne Banfield Norris, 69, who told her how she had felt reading the book. She also admitted she didn't understand why she felt that her daughter was pulling away from her during her secret separation from her husband Will.
And it's not just her mum who had a lot of questions about the unusual situation, with one fan quizzing her online about if the pair would ever reunite. Reading the question from the screen, she said: "Somebody asked if there's an opportunity for Will and I to get back together.

"And you guys didn't know it because we didn't feel like it was something to share because we were trying to figure out what that meant. Will and I have been doing a lot of healing together.
"We have made our way into this interdependence and this beautiful loving space between us. And we are family and we are figuring it out."
Last week Jada, who shares Jayden, 25, and Willow, 22, with the Men In Black star, surprised fans when she admitted that they had split but were remaining legally married.

Jada admitted she had considered getting a legal divorce but was unable to go through with it.
"I made a promise that there will never be a reason for us to get a divorce. We will work through... whatever. I just haven’t been able to break that promise," she said in a clip shared by Today.

When split rumours surfaced in 2006, he told MTV News: "Divorce can't be an option. With Jada, I stood up in front of God and said, 'Til death do us part'. So there are two possible outcomes. One, we are going to be together 'til death, or two, I am dead."
In an episode of Red Table Talk from 2018, Jada revealed the ultimatum she gave to Will before they married. "I told Will from the gate, I said let me tell you something, 'If you marry me, know this: we're gonna be together. We're going to be under the same roof'... for me personally, I knew that there was no reason that he and I would ever [divorce]," she said.
