Kim Kardashian’s changing face as fans react to 'new' features ahead of birthday
Kim Kardashian is set to turn 43 next week but fans of the reality TV star believe their idol looks far younger than her years.
The Kardashians star will celebrate her birthday on October 21 and her followers believe she has already been working hard behind the scenes to maintain her youthful look with the help of a few cosmetic procedures. Kim, 42, stepped out to New York Fashion Week last month in a series of striking outfits that left her adoring fans in awe.
However, one notable part of Kim's look at the event saw their attention drawn away from her snazzy outfits - and towards her lips. The SKIMS founder appeared to have boosted the look of her put with her mouth looking noticeably larger than usual in many pictures.

Kim has developed a more defined look (kimkardashian/Instagram)Taking to Reddit to discuss her seemingly altered appearance fans gave their opinions on the look. One wrote: "She doesn’t even know what to do with those big fake lips." A second agreed: "They got their own thing going on." A third said: "I guess the swelling finally went down."
Her lips are just the latest part of Kim's face to come under scrutiny from her followers after she was accused of having had a nose job back in June when she shared some new pictures posing in a pink bikini. In the snaps Kim placed her hands behind her head and looked up towards the sky with both of her eyes shut.
As Kim displayed her toned, trim figure it was her nostrils that caught the eye of some eagle eyed viewers of the images. One wrote: "That’s a nose job nose if I’ve ever seen one, but sure it’s just a drop of mascara."
Another speculated: "I don't understand. How can they grow up seeing their mom's nose COLLAPSE, and decide, 'Yes! I am gonna do that to myself one day!'" A third said: "Her nose is so wildly different from how it looked what it was natural. The fact she thinks anyone actually believes she hasn't had any work done is insane."

Even Kim's jawline has come under scrutiny from her critics who appear to believe her jaw is looking more defined than it did in pictures taken at an event last year.
One wrote: "Oh my gosh, is this for real?!" A second said: "What the hell happened to her jaw?" A third noted: "It used to be much softer and more rounded. Such a shame she felt the need to get that work done."
Kim has previously denied rumours of having had lip fillers, a nose job, and a face lift. In an interview with Allure magazine last year she did admit to having had botox. Kim was asked: 'What do you have on your face right now?" She then pointed ti the space between her eyebrows as she replied: "A little bit of Botox. But I've chilled, actually."
But Kim admitted to never having had her lips or cheeks filled and that that her eyelashes are "real" and she has "never had eyelash extensions." She also owned up to having had botox in an episode of The Kardashians which saw her attend a singing lesson at her mother Kris Jenner's house alongside sisters Kourtney, 44, and Khloe, 38.
The vocal coach at the time gave the girls pointers as they said: "I’m just talking on pitch. I’m not using my neck muscles. We have 425 muscles in the neck,” to which Kim quipped: “Half of mine are probably Botoxed.”
