Big Brother fans have slammed the new nomination structure, with viewers calling it "strange".

Viewers found out who was up for nomination this week on spin-off show Late & Live, rather than on the main show like previous series. The hosts, AJ Odudu and Will Best, told fans that Kerry and Farida had been nominated on Late & Live.

But it seems that viewers aren't too happy with the new set up and want to go back to how the show used to be. Fans took to Twitter to say what they thought about the new way of revealing nominations.

One wrote: "Bit strange how they are only revealing the nominations on Late & Live and not on the main show," as another said: "Why have we found out who is nominated before seeing the nominations, kinda silly hope this is a one time thing #BigBrother."

A third commented: "It's stupid AJ and Will giving away who is up for eviction on the main show long before we see nominations. It makes watching nominations completely redundant and takes all the fun out of the process."

"Revealing nominations on Late & Live is an interesting choice. I guesss it has meant more content in the main show for the first week but it shouldn't be a regular thing," another added, with a fifth putting: "So strange doing nominations on Late & Live???"

Another big change in the nomination process was that contestants were only allowed to vote for one person, whereas in previous serious they could nominate two housemates. Farida received eight nominations and Kerry got five, with Farida becoming the first housemate to be evicted on Friday night.

After leaving the house, Farida said: "I'm fabulous! How many of you lot would like a week in that house? Well, I've been there. It's priceless! Kerry really, really wanted to be in there. She was in floods of tears, desperate to stay in there. I was quite happy to be out."

After finding out that Hallie, Jenkin, Paul, Tom, Henry, Kerry and Olivia all voted for her, Farida said: "That's fine, they've known me for five or six days. Their opinion doesn't matter. I'm very very true to myself. I would never be fake. People who know me would say that."
