Woman with 'world's biggest cheeks' leaves fans concerned with 'scary' look

After forking out thousands on filler and surgery, a woman widely known to have the "world's biggest cheeks" has had fans online tell her that her extreme look is "scary". Ukrainian model Anastasiia Pokreshchuk loves to flaunt her unique features on her Instagram account - where she has amassed a following of over 178,000 - and while she loves her transformation, others aren't so sure.

The 34-year-old model recently shared a picture in which she showed off her sharp jaw and full cheeks, along with her striking bright blue hair. She told fans in the caption of the picture that she was trying out a "serious look", but the image split opinion among her loyal followers.

In the comments, most of which were written in Ukrainian and Spanish, one person wrote: "Oh my god, how scary!", while another said: "Don't do this to yourself," while a third concerned commenter penned: "It's much scarier than this."

However, several commenters were also on Anastasiia's side, as they leapt to her defence. One branded her look "awesome", while another said she was "beautiful" and someone else told others to stop commenting "nasty things".

Earlier this week, Anastasiia also shared a video clip of herself singing along to a song while driving in her car, which she captioned with several heart-eyed emojis. The comments on that video were also split, with some calling her "beautiful" and others insisting they aren't fans of the way she looks.

The model doesn't care what people think of her look, though. Earlier this year, she shocked fans by announcing she'd had even more surgery after she went under the knife for breast augmentations. She has also previously said that her cheeks are starting to feel small to her, and she wants more filler in the future.

On Instagram after her breast augmentation surgery, Anastasiia shared that her new implants are a size 1050cc. A common implant size people tend to get is 300cc which equates to roughly a full C-cup bra in most cases.

As well as her many cheek fillers and breast enhancements, Anastasiia has previously undergone various other procedures, including veneers and botox injections.

Unafraid to share herself getting her procedures to her 115K followers, Anastasiia recently posted a photo of herself, post lip filler treatment, and commented: "I am satisfied, And I will be even cooler in old age since it bothers everyone so much."
