Craig and Karen Mitchell, both 53, ended up ‘crying’ and ‘dancing’ with joy after they discovered they'd won the sum online after playing the EuroMillions last month. Craig, from Wakefield, West Yorkshire, explained how they found out they’d won after he checked his phone following a walk on the beach during a trip away to Scotland with friends and family.
Karen said: “I was just walking up the stairs and he just said to me ‘what do you think of this?’ I was like it will be a tenner or a scam but just ring them anyway."
