Technology is a wonderful thing. But one woman has been left berating it after a live stream of the lido deck on a cruise ship appeared to show her boyfriend cheating.
The woman, known as Kayla G, shared the shocking moment that she and her friends claim to have caught her partner red-handed getting cosy with another woman aboard a cruise in the US. A pal filmed as they watched the television from their compartment on the ship, which was showing a live stream of what was happening elsewhere on the boat. As such, they were able to watch as a man that Kayla says is her boyfriend, gets close to another woman in a bikini.
In the clip, the woman is shown putting her hand on the unnamed man's arm and he gets closer to her to look at something over a railing, putting his arm around her shoulders as he does so. Kayla and her friends watch the screen horrified, squealing and screaming their outrage over the situation.
The footage was shared to TikTok under the username @kayla.g21 and in the footage she says: "That can't be him. Stop. I'm stressed. Why do they even have cameras on a ship? For what? Why would I wanna watch the lido deck?" And as they continue watching the scene unfold, she adds: "That's the girl. Stop. OH MY GOD!"
Kayla has since shared several follow-up videos, showing her using a radio to message other friends on the boat, explaining they had an emergency and had to get to the lido deck. She could then be seen angrily running off out of the bedroom. In one follow-up clip the woman is seen on the livestream giving the man her phone number and in another Kayla jokes about fire rescue having to get involved, suggesting she'd taken drastic action and thrown him overboard. "Use your powers of deductive reasoning to piece together what happened," she wrote.

As such, it's not clear whether the cheating scandal was real or merely a joke for TikTok. The social media user, who boasts over 512,000 followers, did share videos of her returning home and kicking the man out, filming herself throwing his stuff out of the window.
Regardless, many people have been captivated by the clips, with the original having over a million views, likes, and comments. One person said: "The ship said I got you sis." While another replied: "RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA." Someone else commented: "Ohhh sweet lord, praying for his downfall." However, others weren't convinced by the whole thing, with a different user saying: "This can't be real bro." A second person agreed, adding: "The amount of people that think this is real is actually sad!! Lol."
